Sustainability Workshop
Posted on September 15, 2024
Jointly organized by The Circular Classroom (TCC), ACS(P) Science Department & PSG, the Sustainability Workshop brings together 40 boys and parents to create hand-sewn little owls made of ACS(P) pre-loved uniforms.
This creative activity fostered parent-child bonding while promoting sustainable practices, reflecting our school’s commitment to environmental stewardship. Our boys also gained insight on the life cycle of school uniforms, from the extraction of raw materials to production, transportation and distribution through a mobile exhibition – “Circularity in Action: School Uniforms for a Greener Singapore”.
The exhibition was conceptualised by TCC & designed by students of ITE (Institute of Technical Education) Central as part of Go Green SG 2024 initiative. Thank you The Circular Classroom for this lovely collaboration and the engagement of our school community.
